             Homework Policy

 

                                                       In general, I do not assign homework.  We work hard at                                                    school, and I provide enough time for work to be completed during                                              the school day.  If your child does not use their time wisely, and                                                    their work does not get done, then they will be responsible for completing the work and turning it in the following morning by 8:30.  This does NOT apply to assessments. Those must be completed during the school day.

 

     ​If your child is missing assignments and we are participating in a                                         non-academic activity, he/she will be required to complete the                                                     assignments before joining the group for the other activity. This                                                   includes, but is not limited to, movies, extra recess, and class parties.                                             Your child is advised daily if he/she has missing assignments.
